By applying to Erasmus+ Higher Education Mobility Programme (hereinafter Erasmus+ programme) the contract of participation is concluded and for the performance of this the required data is being processed by Tallinn University (controller, firstname.lastname@example.org, hereinafter university) as following:
1. The university has the right to:
1.1. process my personal data: the data provided in my application (e.g name, date of birth, personal identification code, gender, citizenship, contact information, bank account number) and in the Study Information System (information related to studies) in order to administer the Erasmus+ programme's:
1.1.1. application process;
1.1.2. student mobility for studies in a foreign university.
1.2. for the purposes of administering the student mobility (e.g. compiling the learning agreement, the agreement for the use of Erasmus+ Programme student mobility grant) in case selected to the programme, disclose the following data to the following third parties:
2.1) Foreign university: name, date of birth, citizenship, gender, e-mail, level of study, Erasmus subject area
2.2) Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs: name, date of birth, citizenship, e-mail, destination country of Erasmus+ mobility
2.3) European Commision: name, date of birth, citizenship, e-mail, home country and home university, destination country and destination university of Erasmus+ mobility
1.3. contact the designated person indicated in my application in the event of an emergency abroad.
1.4. terminate the student’s application procedure or annul the decision as regards the selection of the student to participate in studies abroad in the case where it has become known that the student has shown signs of indecent behavior during the application procedure
2. I confirm that:
2.1. all statements I make in my application are correct, truthful and complete;
2.2. written materials provided in support of the application are authentic.
